Thanks to the remarkable flourish of the economy, the moderns are currently being confronted with increasingly heavy work pressure and attractive recreational activities. Under no circumstance should we neglect the significance of making a healthy balance between these two matters.
 
Specifically, as an undergraduate, my opinion related to how to balance work and leisure are based on the following aspects. Above all, we should realize the responsibilities that we ought to shoulder when starting our careers, which would make us to have a strong self-discipline and ensure a high work efficiency. In addition, undoubtedly, we should shape a positive living habit of possessing a good self-control, in which way when in face of diverse leisure, we could use our strong willpower to resist the lure, avoiding indulging in it.
 
All in all, the importance of making a balance between work and leisure can never be overemphasized. Thus, we ought to cultivate a better self-control to embrace a bright future.
