Directions: job responsibilities and personal interests
 
Due to the quickening pace of the current society, the moderns are being exposed to diverse kinds of opportunities, challenges, lure and also pressure. When stepping out of the university and starting our career, what plays a key role in our work proves to be our job responsibilities, while, honestly, the importance of personal interests cannot be ignored similarly. Hence, how to balance these two items could be a subject that is worth considering seriously.
 
In my perspective, the methods to rationally balance job responsibilities and personal interests could be listed as follows. At the top of the list, we should make a daily working plan, in which way we can schedule our agenda clearly. As long as we are able to complete our task in time, that will enable us to spare sufficient time to focus on our personal matters that we are interested in. What’s more, as a matter of fact, enhancing our working ability could be another way to make a balance, for a higher working efficiency will ensure that we could gain more available time after work to enjoy a personal life.
 
In short, there is no one denying that time has always been the most precious thing in our life. Thus, we ought to bear in mind that keeping improving ourselves could be a key factor to our career and study. Only in this way, could we embrace a colorful life.
