今天上午，北京朝阳法院证实，已受理邓超“出轨门”名誉权纠纷一案，被告一方为新浪微博，即北京微梦创科网络技术有限公司，诉讼请求为要求该公司停止侵权，删除侵权微博。邓超在起诉书中称，2015年6月17日，新浪微博名为“圈内老鬼”的博主首先发布内容为“哎!又一跑男出轨了”、“明天10点，约?”等针对邓超的造谣诽谤内容。之后，“娱乐圈揭秘”、“圈贰爷”等博主迅速呼应，大肆造谣诽谤。新浪微博平台上迅速形成“邓超出轨”的微博话题。截至起诉时，该话题阅读量达到6.1亿，26万人参与讨论。6月27日，邓超在微博晒出一张北京朝阳法院的立案通知书，并表示：“有些事儿一定要有结果”。

邓超认为，其作为著名影星，一直享有良好的社会公众形象，但“圈内老鬼”等人此次恶意中伤，发布的造谣诽谤言论给其个人名誉和社会公众形象造成严重损害。不过，“圈内老鬼”在新浪微博并非实名注册，邓超表示其本人无法获取博主身份信息而直接起诉。邓超称其曾多次要求新浪微博提供“圈内老鬼”的真实身份信息均无果，故无奈诉至法院，要求判令微梦创科公司停止侵权，删除侵权微博。
