From the cartoon given above, we can observe that there is a man complaining a great deal of information springs

up from all walks of life but we don’t have useful information. Simple and common as the drawing may seem, it

contains abundant life philosophy and informs us of the significance of acquiring useful information.

The reasons why it is difficult to obtain useful information involve factors in mounting numbers. They can be briefly

summed up as follows. Initially, one of the most contributing causes is that surrounded by advanced information

technology, an increasing number of people are unaware ofavailable and beneficial information independently.

Additionally, the fundamental reason mainly stems from the fact that we lack the ability and energy to choose

whichour real demand is.Finally, a large amount of information leads to a poverty of attention,which makes us

Given all the above arguments, it is high time that we put an end to this undesirable phenomenon. No better

method could be found to address it than strengthening supervision and administration on the sources we get
