在西方人心目中，和中国联系作为密切的基本食物是大米。长期以来，大米在中国人的饮食中占据很重要的地位，以至于有谚语说“巧妇难为无米之炊”。中国南方大多种植水稻，人们通常以大米为主食：而华北大部分地区因为过于寒冷或过于干燥，无法种植水稻，那里的主要作物是小麦。在中国，有些人用面粉做面包，但大多数人用面粉做馒头和面条。

In the eyes of westerners, rice,as a basic food, has the closest connection with China. For quite a long time, rice has occupied so important a position in Chinese people’s diet that a proverb says that “ The cleverest housewife cannot cook a meal without rice”. People plant rice in the south of China, and they usually take rice as staple food. However, since the weather is either too cold or too dry in most areas of north China ,and rice cannot be planted , wheat is the main crop there. In China, some people use flour to make bread, but most people use flour to make steamed bread and noodles.

China provides millions of online retailers with competitive price，and the chance to sell goods.Only on the day of Nov.11th, Chinese consumers purchased 9 billion dollars of goods from the domestic largest shopping platform, and there are still many similar special shopping days in China.Therefore, it is no wonder that express industry is expanding in China.
